Return Policy
If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your order, we'll be happy to provide you with a
refund, credit or exchange on new condition merchandise returned 30 days from
receipt. Please note that we can only refund shipping and handling costs if the
return is a result of our error. Each order from TrueExpressions.com includes a
copy of our return policy with instructions on how to proceed (gift orders will
include customer service information).
Shipment of Orders
All orders card and gift orders
ship within 3 days from our Texas warehouse, weekends and postal holidays excluded -
unless you request otherwise. For orders sent by standard ground the US Postal
service estimates 3 to 7 days for first class mail within the United States. Shipping is limited to Continental U.S. only.
Payment Policy
TrueExpressions.com accepts
payment by credit card for online Paypal orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
Out of Stock
All items shown on the site,
either in our browse categories or in keyword search results, are in stock.
When an item is out of stock, it will no longer appear on our site. On rare
occasions, an item shown on the site is purchased by several customers at the
same time, causing it to be out of stock. In the event that this occurs, we
will alert you via e-mail and send the rest of your order on time. When an item
runs out of stock, we will attempt a reorder. However, products can sometimes
be discontinued by the vendor.
Partial Shipment
If, for some reason, we can't
fill part of your order, we will send as much of the order as we can and notify
you of the status of the rest of the order.
